Agile Fundamentals
1 The Agile Fundamentals course discusses the business value of adopting an Agile philosophy, introducing a real-life software development project, and describing how Agile is used to restructure traditional software development and deployment tasks. The values and principles associated with the Manifesto for Agile Software Development are explained, while an overview of common frameworks used to adopt Agile philosophes is provided, along with their benefits. Additional Agile training, accreditation, and related supported products and practices are also mentioned throughout the course.

CAPM® Practice Test for PMBOK® Guide-Sixth Edition 1 This practice test will help you prepare for the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) or the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certifications.

The series is mapped against the PMBOK® Guide-Sixth Edition and examine the ten Knowledge Areas, five Process Groups, and 47 Processes that form the basis of the PMBOK® Guide-Sixth Edition.


The learner will examine how a project is broken down into manageable tasks and displayed in a project activity chart, taking into account the relationship between tasks. The methods used to determine the critical path and float is also covered in detail. Aspects relating to the scheduling of project tasks, the monitoring, and reporting of the project’s progress are also covered in detail.


The series also introduces the importance of effective stakeholder, communication, human resources, and quality management in regards to successful projects.
